Information concerning data protection and privacy according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In case you use our contact form or send us an email, you are providing us with personal data like name, email address and possibly other personal data.  According to Art. 13 of the GDPR we are informing you about the usage and storage of such personal information as follows:

2. We are using such personal data exclusively for the purpose of communicating with you and to be able to respond to you. The legal basis for using and processing such data is our legitimate interest to be able to communicate with you and to respond to your questions (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR);
3. Your personal data will not be forwarded to any third party;
4. Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary to respond to you and to honor your request. After that, the data will be deleted within two months;
5. You have right at any time to request access to your personal data, to demand correction, to demand erasure or restrict the usage of your personal data;
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
7. Providing your personal contact data is required to enable us to communicate with you.
